Do not submit sensitive personal data, special-category data, children's data, regulated advice requests, emergency requests or high-risk decision data unless Pembico AI has agreed the scope and safeguards in writing.

You must only upload or provide text, images, reviews, logos, documents and data you have the right to use. You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of business claims, testimonials, guarantees and pricing information.

Pembico AI may refuse, suspend or remove content, AI workflows or access where use appears unlawful, unsafe, misleading, spammy, abusive, reputation-damaging or contrary to third-party platform rules.
