It only answers from information you approve, and it never quotes firm prices unless you have given it a price list. Anything unusual, a complaint or a request for a human gets passed straight to you. Every conversation is logged, so you can read exactly what it said.
I've already got a website. Do I need a new one?
No. Web Cover runs on the website you have: we add the webchat and connect your existing forms. We only suggest a Website Build if your current site is genuinely costing you enquiries.
What's the difference between Phone Cover and Web Cover?
Same front desk, different door. Phone Cover answers the calls you miss. Web Cover answers your website chat and forms. Full System is both under one roof with one nightly report. The calculator will tell you which door you're leaking through.
How long am I tied in for?
Phone Cover and Web Cover are rolling monthly after the first three months. A Website Build is paid as a separate project, so the build is not hidden inside a long subscription. SEO terms are agreed clearly before work starts.
