This policy explains how LPR Media Alpha Ltd, trading as Pembico AI, collects and uses personal information when you use this website, use the Lost Lead Calculator, book a call or use our AI front desk, AI website and AI marketing services.
Who we are
Pembico AI is a trading style of LPR Media Alpha Ltd.
Company number: 16983179. Registered office: Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE. Registered in England & Wales.

What personal data we collect
We may collect name, business name, email, phone, website URL, trade type, service area, enquiry details, audit booking details, messages, call or meeting notes, payment records, project access information and support records.
When you call the demonstration number, we process the caller number, called number, provider call identifier and time. If you submit the demonstration calculator, we use the mobile number you enter to match that result to the recent call. When you submit a web form, we may text an opaque calculator link to the number you supplied and attach the result to the same enquiry.
If AI agents or voice agents are used, we may process enquiry text, chat transcripts, voice interaction transcripts, call/message data, job details, contact details, timestamps, routing notes and technical logs.
We may collect analytics and device information such as page views, approximate location, browser, device, referral source and cookie/consent choices where analytics is enabled.
Why we collect it
We use personal data to respond to contact forms and calculator submissions, handle call bookings, run calls, prepare summaries and proposals, take payments, deliver AI front desks, websites, marketing content and support, route enquiries, maintain security and keep business records.
We may use data to operate CRM/email systems, accounting systems, analytics, form tools, booking tools, AI agent systems, voice tools and reporting systems.
Lawful bases
We rely on contract or steps before contract for enquiries, audits, proposals, payments and service delivery; legitimate interests for business-to-business follow-up, security, service improvement and record keeping; legal obligation for tax/accounting and compliance records; and consent for optional marketing and non-essential cookies where required.
Processors and third parties
We may use providers for hosting, forms, identity, CRM/email, telephony/SMS, databases, booking, payments, analytics, AI models, voice agents, SEO/reporting, security, accounting and professional advice. Current or expected providers may include Vercel, Clerk, Convex, Twilio, a managed PostgreSQL host, Resend, Formspree, AI model providers, booking tools, payment/accounting tools and consented analytics providers. The current subprocessor list is available on request.
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens we assess the transfer and use an applicable adequacy regulation or appropriate contractual safeguard, such as the UK IDTA or UK Addendum, together with supplementary measures where required.
Retention
We keep enquiry and audit data for as long as needed to respond, follow up and maintain business records. Client records may be retained for the contract period and afterwards for accounting, legal, support and dispute purposes.
AI agent logs, voice transcripts and technical records are kept only as long as needed for service delivery, quality, troubleshooting, security, complaints and legal/accounting reasons unless a client agreement says otherwise.
Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, request portability and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise rights, contact hello@pembico.ai. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how your data is handled.
