Never miss another call

An AI receptionist built for UK trades and small businesses.

Cheaper than a human answering service, never off sick, and it books straight into your diary instead of just taking a message. Miles better than voicemail, which most callers hang up on without leaving a word.

Demonstration of the AI Front Desk: a customer call is missed at 14:02, the front desk texts back 47 seconds later, asks what the customer needs, offers two appointment slots, books the job for Thursday 8:30 and records a £380 job saved.

What it handles

Every channel a customer actually uses, one assistant behind all of them.

Missed-call text-back

A caller who rings out gets a text within 60 seconds asking what they need, from your own business number.

SMS follow-up

Missed callers receive a useful first response by text, so the conversation starts while you are still busy.

Webchat

A chat widget on your existing website, answering questions and booking jobs while you're on the tools.

Contact forms

Form fills stop sitting unread until Monday morning. Every one gets a reply within 60 seconds like everything else.

Voice add-on

The front desk answers the phone itself when you cannot, takes the details and books the job. Priced by call volume with a fair-use minutes cap, so a quiet month costs less than a busy one.

The honest comparison

Fair questions

Asked by every owner so far.

Is it really AI, or is there a person behind it?

It's genuinely AI, briefed on your business rather than a call centre reading from a script. Every conversation is logged and reviewable, and anything it can't handle gets flagged to you rather than guessed at.

What happens when it doesn't know the answer?

It says so, takes the customer's details and passes the conversation to you. It's briefed never to guess about prices, guarantees or availability it hasn't been given.

Can customers tell it's AI?

Some can, some can't, and we don't try to hide it if someone asks directly. What matters more to most callers is that it answers fast and books the job correctly. If you'd rather it says so upfront on every message, we can brief it that way.

What if I want it to stop?

It's a rolling monthly agreement after the first three months. Give notice, and it stops. You keep your number and go back to however you answered calls before, no long tie-in beyond that.
