The 60-second fix
Missed call text-back: the text that saves the customer.
A caller rings out, gets a text within 60 seconds asking what they need, and a conversation starts while your competitor is still sitting on voicemail. No app, no new number, just a reply that actually happens.
Animated sample of missed calls being answered by text, qualified and booked. Revenue saved accumulates after each completed sample enquiry.
How it works
Four steps, no app for the customer, no extra number for you.
The phone rings out
You're under a sink, on a ladder, or already on another call. It rings through to voicemail, or you just miss it.
A text goes within 60 seconds
From your usual business number: sorry we missed you, what do you need doing? No app for the customer to download, it just lands as a normal text.
The conversation carries on
It asks what you'd ask: what they need, where they are and when they want it. Most people who get ignored by voicemail will happily reply to a text.
Booked in, or flagged to you
A straightforward enquiry gets a real slot from your calendar there and then. Anything unusual gets passed to you, and either way it's in the nightly report.
The actual text
What it really says, not a mock-up.
A real exchange, the same shape as the ones that go out every day. Built for a fictional heating firm so nobody's real customer ends up in a screenshot.

Fair questions
Asked before anyone buys.
Does it work with my existing number?
Yes. You keep your number and don't need to give it out differently. We add the text-back behind the number you already advertise, so a call that rings out triggers a text from the same business identity your customers already know.
What if the customer rings back instead of replying to the text?
Then they've got through, which is the outcome you wanted anyway. If you still can't take it, the missed-call text-back fires again. Nothing about it stops a normal call working normally.
Does it sound like a robot?
No. The wording is written for your business, in plain English, and you see it and approve it before it goes live. It doesn't guess at prices or make promises you haven't agreed to, and anything it can't handle gets passed straight to you.
What number does it text from?
Your own business number, the one your customers already have saved. There's no separate line to remember or extra number to give out on your van or website.
